Sale and delivery of goods

For the purposes of providing information, identification of the buyer, as well as for the sale and delivery of goods, the following data is processed by our customer: Name, Surname, Mobile phone number, Email, City / Village, Street / House name, House No. / Building, Apartment No., Postal code.
The personal data is collected by the customer by completing the registration form to become a Registered Buyer.
The personal data is processed for the purpose of the operation of the online shop, as well as the sale and delivery of goods to customers.
Additional personal data may be processed if you have created a registered profile on our online shop. In this case, personal data relating to previous purchases is stored.
Reminder of an incomplete order in the online shop

If you start an order but do not complete it, we may send you a technical support email within 72 hours to the email address indicated in your purchase information. The purpose of the processing is to make sure that you were not prevented by a technical problem at the time of ordering, which would lead to the cancellation of your order.
