2. Returns and refunds
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the goods retain their original condition. The customer must notify the seller of their intention to return the goods by email info@milita.lt or by phone on +370 659 79858 within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return address: Motorų str. 14, 16-3, LT-02190, Vilnius, Lithuania. The customer pays return delivery costs, unless the goods are damaged or incorrect, in which case the seller pays the delivery costs.
The seller refunds the payment within 3–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds use the original payment methodused for the purchase.
3. Privacy policy
MILITA protects your personal information. We only collect information needed for orders and communication.
- Personal information is processed lawfully and transparently.
- Information is retained only as long as necessary and is not sold to third parties.
- Transactions are encrypted in the secure Paysera payment environment.
4. Payment terms
Payments are processed by Paysera. Available methods are shown at checkout. We send an order confirmation after payment. The invoice is provided after dispatch or collection. Refunds use the same methodas the original payment.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery to parcel lockers or by courier within 1–5 days in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Local collection is free. Local collection: Motorų str. 14, 16-3, LT-02190, Vilnius, Lithuania.
6. Dispute resolution
An unresolved complaint can be submitted to VVTAT or at vvtat.lrv.lt. Lithuanian law applies; disputes are heard by Vilnius courts.
7. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) only with your consent to understand visits, viewed products and the purchase journey. Page and product identifiers, technical browser information and, where applicable, purchase value and a technical transaction identifier are sent. We do not send names, email addresses, payment details or form contents to analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
Choose Necessary only or select Analytics in Cookie settings and save your choices. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent or after refusal. Analytics _ga cookies last up to 180 days; the choice is stored in browser localStorage for 180 days. Withdrawing consent removes analytics cookies.
8. Optional Meta advertising
With your separate consent, we use Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure advertising and create relevant advertising audiences. Our server sends product and cart activity, checkout initiation and paid purchases, including value, currency, event identifier, browser identifier, Meta click identifier when present, browser information and available public IP address. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment details and private order links are not sent.
Analytics and Meta advertising can be selected separately in Cookie settings. Both are optional. Select the categories and Save choices, or choose Necessary only. Your choices are stored for 180 days; advertising identifiers _fbp and _fbc last up to 90 days. Withdrawal removes these browser cookies and, once received by our server, stops future events; if saving fails, try again when connected. It does not undo events already delivered to Meta. Purchases without advertising consent are not sent.
9. Optional Google Ads measurement
With separate permission we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to measure ad clicks and paid purchases. Google receives technical browser information, public IP address, advertising click/cookie identifiers when present, a technical order identifier, currency and discounted goods value excluding tax and delivery. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details and private order links are not sent. Enhanced conversions, Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
Select Google Ads measurement separately in Cookie settings, or choose Necessary only. Your choice lasts 180 days. Google advertising cookies beginning _gcl_ may last up to 90 days. No Google Ads tag is configured before this permission. Withdrawal stops future measurement, removes these advertising cookies and reloads the page; events already sent cannot be withdrawn. Analytics and Meta choices are independent.
