Why choose this product
Bring a mineral soak into your bath or foot-care routine. Dissolving the crystals in warm water creates a simple at-home bathing step; the salt is rinsed away afterward.
MILITA offers 300 g and 500 g sizes through the size selector. Natural and scented formulations exist in the manufacturer’s range, so check the actual package for scent, colorants and fragrance allergens rather than assuming every version is identical.
How to use
Dissolve approximately one glass of salt in a warm bath and soak for about 15 minutes. For feet, use approximately half a cup and soak for about 10 minutes. Rinse and dry afterward. Follow the directions on your package.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and stop use if irritation occurs. Follow your package instructions.

Can I use it for feet only?
Yes. The manufacturer describes a foot soak of about 10 minutes, followed by rinsing, drying and foot cream.
Is every version fragrance-free?
No. Scented versions contain fragrance and may contain colorants and fragrance allergens. Ask MILITA for the current label if you need an unscented option.
Can the body mud mask be used on the face?
The Original Dead Sea Mud Body Mask is for the body and should not be used on the face. Choose the separate 150 ml Mineral Mud Face Mask for facial use.
